How are payments taken?
An invoice will be generated each month from the date of purchase, which can be paid via credit or debit card.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes, monthly website plans can be upgraded at any time. Doing so will renew your subscription from month one. Plans can only be downgraded once the 12 or 24 month plan has come to an end.
Will I own my website?
Yes. Once your 12 or 24 month plan has run its course (or if you paid in full) you will have full ownership of your website. You an choose to renew your plan for a free redesign and keep the managed benefits, or choose to move your website elsewhere.
What if I already have a domain name?
That is not a problem. You can easily point your domain to our web hosting or transfer your domain over to us so that we can manage it for you.
